Creating a mentoring culture in Newark schools

This past September Newark Board of Education Superintendent Roger Leon and MENTOR Newark Executive Director Thomas Owens co-authored an editorial in NJ.COM about the creation of the "Director of Mentoring Services" position. This is a first for school districts in our region and will accelerate the growth of mentoring in Newark Board of Education Schools.

CORPORATE MENTORING HIGHLIGHT

During a recent student trek, Science Park High School students had the opportunity to shadow Trillium's traders and staff while visiting our NYC office.

The students exhibited curiosity and enthusiasm while learning about the financial markets, trading dynamics, and the next-generation technology that drives our success and helps us navigate the global markets.

Thank you to MENTOR Newark and Science Park High School for helping us make this an unforgettable day!
